Paul brings 45+ years of expertise in space-enabled pharmaceutical research. He has deep experience solving biologics stability and formulation challenges by translating microgravity findings from space experiments into actionable strategies on Earth.

As Principal Investigator on 12 Space Shuttle missions and 4 International Space Station experiments, Paul has led landmark research including the pembrolizumab microgravity crystallization work at Merck, and established the crystallization manufacturing process for Intron A at Schering-Plough.

Paul founded Space Biologics Rx to help bridge Earth-bound biopharma constraints with the competitive advantages of space-based R&D.
